Challenge Cesenatico

Since 2013, the Romagna area has hosted thousands of athletes, agonists and amateurs, to compete in the races of the prestigious Challenge Family circuit. After the editions of Challenge Rimini and Challenge Riccione, the first edition of Challenge Cesenatico will be held in May 2024, organized thanks to the support of the ASD Triathlon Duathlon Rimini.

The international triathlon competition will kick off in the charming setting of Cesenatico with a completely renewed route that will start from the beach of Cesenatico and cross the territory of Cesena and the municipalities of Montiano, Roncofreddo, Longiano, Gambettola and Gatteo.

Two thousand athletes (20-25% of whom foreigners) are expected to attend this unique race that connects the calm waters of the Adriatic Sea with the scenic roads of the hinterland.

In addition to the middle-distance, the programme also includes the Sprint Triathlon and Youth Duathlon races, two exciting events designed to introduce the youngest to the world of multi-disciplines.
